M-Virtual to distribute Check Point products.

Bangalore, Dec 15 (UNI) Check Point Software Technologies Ltd ("Check Point") today announces the appointment of M-Virtual Technology India Pvt. Ltd (M.Tech). as distributor for its fullrange of products, including network and data security, and security management solutions, in India.

Network security solutions protect the network infrastructure, data security solutions encompass full disk and data encryption, and security management solutions integrate both security policy and event management, a company release here said.

M.Tech Deputy Managing Director Wilson Ho said in the release that Check Point was a key product for the companyregionally.

''With this appointment, we will have the opportunity to aggressively promote Check Point in India , which we recognize to be a huge market for data security and protection, given the growing awareness of the importance of security in IT use'' he added.
