Gang held, gold ornaments recovered

Hyderabad, Dec 15 (UNI) Police arrested a four-member decoit gang allegedly involved in snatching gold chains from women and recovered gold ornaments worth Rs five lakh, in the city today.

Jaikesh Singh, C Nagaraju and B Shiva were arrested redhanded when they were threatening a man at knife point, demanding his gold chain. Another gang member Rupesh Singh was later picked up, a release said.

They confessed to involvement in 14 cases of chain snatching.
