Car carrying UP assembly Speaker rams into truck

Sultanpur, Dec 15 (UNI) A car, carrying Uttar Pradesh assembly speaker Sukhdev Rajbhar, rammed into a stationary truck on the Varanasi-Lucknow national highway in the Kudwar area tonight.

However, no casualty was reported in the accident, police said.

The accident happened near Bandhua Kala Bazaar, when the car was en route from Varanasi to Lucknow.

Meanwhile, District Magistrate and Police Superintendent has reached the spot.

Mr Rajbhar left for Lucknow by the DM's vehicle, police added.
