Kotak Realty Fund to invest Rs 250 cr in IVR Developers

New Delhi, Dec 14 (UNI) Country's leading infrastructure firm IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd today said it has received investment commitments of Rs 250 crores from Kotak India Realty Fund Ltd.

''More realty funds are also inclined to join hands with IVR Prime,'' the company said in a statement.

IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd is a subsidiary of IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Limited and has land reserves to the extent of 2,850 acres.
