Textile Commissioner and IIFT enter into MoU to launch new PG course

Bangalore, Dec 13 (UNI) Union Ministry of Textile, Regional Office of the Textile Commissioner and Indian Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT) have signed an Memorandum of Understanding to jointly conduct new courses.

Under the agreement the new Post Graduate Diploma, Advance and Diploma Training courses offered included Fashion Designing and Boutique Management, Apparel Manufacturing and Merchandising.

Besides, Garment Manufacturing and Merchandising course would be offered for persons working in the Garment and Textile Industry.

The Courses begins from January 2008, according to a release here.
