Foreign liquor worth Rs 50,000 seized

Puducherry, Dec 13 (UNI) Puducherry Excise Police today seized 32 bottles of foreign liquor worth Rs 50,000 from a person here.

According to a press release, police on a tip off raided the house of one Thirumal, at mission street here, and seized the liquor.

A case was registered and a penalty of Rs 10,000 was collected from him.
