Bereaved parents demand another case against Azad, school mgmt
Gurgaon, Dec 13 (UNI) The parents of slain eighth class student Abhishek Tyagi today demanded that a case under sections 302 and 120 (B) of the IPC be also filed against the father, whose allegedly unlicensed gun was used by the two accused children in the juvenile crime, sources said.
Ravinder Tyagi, father of Abhishek, met the Gurgaon Police Commissoner Mohinder Lal and demanded another case be registered against the school management which he held responsible for being negligent in working out a proper patch-up between the three classmates which led to the shootout.
Fourteen-year-old Abhishek, son of property dealer Rajinder Tyagi, was killed by Aakash and Vikas, who fired five bullets at him from close range in the premises of Euro International School on Tuesday.
A case of negligence had been registered earlier yesterday against Azad Yadav under sections 25, 45 and 59 of the Arms Act.
Meanwhile, the parents of both the accused boys were still missing, police said.
UNI
