India condemns terrorist killing in Algeria
New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) India today condemned the terrorist attack in Algiers, capital of Algeria, in which several innocent people were killed yesterday.
"The terrorist attack, that targetted Algeria's Constitutional Court and the UN mission, killing dozens of people, clearly reveals the serious threat that terrorist poses to the security of the nations and to international organisations,' an External Affairs Ministry spokesman said in a statement while observing that "no cause, no grievance, can ever justify acts of terrorism." He said the indiscriminate targetting of innocent people had exposed terrorism's true face, and called for international cooperation to counter the meance with firmness and determination.
