BPTP receives approval for SEZs in Noida, Greater Noida

New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) Real estate major BPTP Group today said it has received the approval for setting up two product-specific Economic Zones for IT and IT enabled services from the UP government.

The company will develop the SEZs in Noida and Greater Noida which are spread over 10 hectares and 40.48 hectares respectively, said a statement.

The projects will be developed in three phases, and the company will develop 1.5 million sq ft in the first phase and will be operational in two years time.

''The SEZ will cater to the need of the IT companies intending to set up their facility in North India in the next two years when these facilities would be up and running,'' BPTP Managing Director Kabul Chawla said.

Modern concepts will be brought while in developing these facilities in the high potential areas, he added.
