Shreyas Shipping to purchase petroleum tanker vessel for Rs 60 cr

New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Ltd today said it has signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) for purchase of 29,990 DWT petroleum tanker vessel, at a cost of about Rs 60 crores.

''The proposed acquisition is in line with our plans of expansion and diversification,'' said a company statement.

With this purchase, the company will venture into a operations in maritime transport and launch a new vertical for additional revenue generation, it added.
