Kabir Mahotsava commences from Jan 12

Siddharthnagar, Dec 11 (UNI) The annual 'Kabir Mahotsava' would begin from January 12 at the 'Nirvan Sthali' of Sufi Saint Kabirdas, the quintessence of Hindu-Muslim unity.

The seven-day event at the Sufi Saint's 'Nirvan Sthali' in Santkabeer Nagar would conclude on January 18.

'Akhil Bharatiya Kafi Sammelan' and 'bhajan' extravaganzas would be a feast for the people thronging the Mahotsava, Santkabeer Nagar DM R P Singh said here today.

Besides, several sports and cultural events would also be oraganised.

Kabir followers from across the country had been invited to seethe for the event.
