Mumbai, Dec 11 (UNI) The hearing in a case involving cricketer Yuvraj Singh signing a fresh contract with Globosport was deferred by the Bombay High Court till December 14.

Percept Talent Management Agency, which looks after the portfolio of Yuvraj, had filed an appeal against the order of a single judge of the High Court, which had allowed the star batsman to enter into a fresh contract with another agency recently.

The division bench of Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar and J P Devadhar today deferred the hearing the December 14.

Yuvraj's lawyer stated that till then, the star batsman would not enter into a fresh contract with any other agency.

Percept's contract with Yuvraj expires today and it claims that it has the right of ''first refusal'' for a fresh contract.

However, Justice Dhananjay Chandrachud, in his order last week, had dismissed this contention.

Globosport, the sports marketing agency is run by tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi.
