''Gitanjali Luxury Style Fest'' launched today

Mumbai, Dec 11 (UNI) The Gitanjali group today announced the launch of ''Gitanjali Luxury Style Fest''with an aim to create an opportunity for elite brands to provide an exclusive experience to its target audience.

The four-day inaugural event would be held from December 22 to 25.

The high profile event would create India's first annual luxury and lifestyle showcase at the Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC).

Speaking to reporters, Gitanjali group Chairman Mehul Choksi said, ''The Gitanjali group has always displayed a long standing and deep rooted commitment towards development of the luxury industry and market in India. The 'Gitanjali Luxury Style Fest 2007' is a synchronised effort to develop a common arena for leading luxury brands to come together and create an unforgettable experience around a niche audience.'' The event proposes to bring elite celebrations, top-notch fashion designer showcases, luxury exhibits, race-day viewing, business networking, thematic performances and many other events under the open skies-luxury brands experience.

The partners for the ''Gitanjali Style Fest 2007'' are K Raheja Universal, Gold Expressions, Royal Western India Turf Club, Morellato&Sector and Nina Ricci, while participating designers are Neeta Lulla, Vikram Phadnis, J J Valaya, Arjun Khanna, Manish Arora, Wendell Rodricks, Anamika Khanna, Rahul Khanna and Nandita Mahtani among others.
