CBI remand for people involved in forged documents case
New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) In a forged documents case, the CBI court today ordered CBI remand to four people including a bank official.
It is alleged that the three customers Bhupinder Pal Singh, Virender Kumar Singh and Sushil Verma, used forged documents to avail a loan of Rs six crores and 30 lakhs from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. They were helped by S K Chawla, the manager of the bank.
All the accused were produced before a CBI court in Patiala house.
CBI judge Indermeet Kaur Kocher after hearing the CBI's plea ordered CBI remand of the accused till December 15, 2007.
