BOC to issue 36.2 mln shares to German promoter

New Delhi, Dec 11 (UNI) Industrial gas equipment manufacturer BOC India Ltd today said it plans to issue 36.2 million shares at not-less-than Rs 165 each to its promoter Linde AG and or its wholly-owned subsidiary.

After the preferential issue, the promoter holding in BOC will increase to 73.99 per cent from 54.80 per cent now, a company's statement said.
