Seven bogies of BP mail jumped the rail

Kolkata, Dec 9 (UNI) An unspecified number of passenger were feared to be injured when the Delhi bound Brahmaputra mail jumped the rail near New Jalpaiguri station in North Bengal tonight.

The accident occurred when the train coming from Guwahati, the engine and seven bogies of the train derailed at Nijbari station.

However, there was no official report of casualty so far.

A medical team has rushed to the spot immediately after the incident.Details are awaited.
