AP sanctions Rs 25 crore for gold plating jewellery park

Machilipatnam, Dec 10 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh government has sanctioned Rs 25 crore to set up a gold plating jewellery park at Vullipalem village near here.

Talking to reporters today, Machilipatnam Gold Covering and Plating Jewellery Manufacturing Welfare Union President Ramanjaneyulu said the park would be set up on a 42 acre land and about 250 gold covering units would be shifted to the park from Machilipatnam.

He said the state government had sanctioned Rs two crore for developing roads and other infrastructure facilities in the park.
