Pune, Dec 9 (UNI) Rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.

Cold wave conditions prevailed at isolated places in east Rajasthan and west Madhya Pradesh.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Haryana, Punjab, Assam and Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan, West Bengal, Sikkim, Himachal Pradesh, Marathwada, Vidarbha and of Rayalaseema and parts of east Rajasthan. They were markedly above normal in some parts of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and were above normal in some parts of west Rajasthan, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and of Tamil Nadu. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places in Andaman and Nicobar Islands and at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, north Rajasthan, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over the West Bengal and Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, south Rajasthan, Gujarat State, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, north coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rayalaseema and Karnataka State.

Very light rain have occurred at isolated places in coastal Andhra Pradesh.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Tamilnadu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Mainly dry weather prevailed over the Gujarat State, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Karnatat State, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
