BJP to field Rauth for coming byelection

Kolkata, Dec 9 (UNI) The BJP, West Bengal unit, has decided to field Bansi Rauth as party candidate for the Balagarh Assembly bypolls, to be held on December 29.

BJP's general secretary Rahul Sinha today said senior leader Rauth would contest the Balagarh (SC) Assembly constituency byelection.

He would file his nomination papers tomorrow, Mr Sinha added.
