Baalu greets Sonia on behalf of Karunanidhi

New Delhi, Dec 9 (UNI) Minister for Shipping, Road Transport and Highways T R Baalu today called on Congress President Sonia Gandhi to greet her on her 61st birthday on behalf of DMK President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi.

Mr Baalu presented Ms Gandhi a traditional shawl and a bouquet and wished her many more decades of active and fruitful service to the people of the nation.

Ms Gandhi thanked Mr Baalu and requested him to convey her sincere regards to Mr Karunanidhi for his felicitation and best wishes.
