Man kills wife, 3 minor daughters, ends life

Deoria, Dec 8 (UNI) A man committed suicide after killing his wife and three minor daughters in Bhatni area of this district.

The incident occurred late last night in Motipur Tikait village, where Chote Lal Jaiswal axed to death his wife Chanda Devi, daughters Moni (10), Asha (7) and another two-year-old child, police said today.

The reason behind the crime was yet to be ascertained.

The body had been sent for post-mortem.
