Pokhran (Jaisalmer), Dec 8 (UNI) Minister for Defence A K Antony today expressed concern over the delay in the arrival of aircraft carrier Admiral Gorshkov from Russia but hoped the matter will be sorted out soon.

He was briefing mediapersons after witnessing a firepower display by Indian Air Force at Pokhran.

"Delay in the arrival of aircraft carrier Gorshkov is a matter of concern for the government but it is not a matter of worry. The deal will be completed soon and the issue will be put at highest level,"he said.

Mr Antony said the government's decision on the matter will be final and there is no confusion over it.

Naval Chief Admiral Sureesh Mehta had recently criticised Russia for violating deal terms and suggested that India consider which way the relations with Russia were going.

While replying to a question related to the A V Singh committee report Mr Antony said the government would go by the recommendations of chiefs of three forces .
