Father, daughter killed in UP

Etawah, Dec 8: A man and his widow daughter were hacked to death over a land dispute in Ekdil area of this district, police said today.

The double murder took place in Nagla Jaik village, where Teekaram (70) and his daughter Rajendri (50) were attacked with a sharp edged weapon.

Rajendri's brother-in-law committed the crime along with his accomplices for a piece of land, police said today.

A search to nab the absconding accused has been launched, while further investigations continued.
