Computers worth lakhs stolen from UP capital
Lucknow, Dec 8 (UNI) Masked men decamped with computers worth several lakhs of rupees from the posh Hajratganj area the of Uttar Pradesh capital, police today said.
They said burglars barged into a computer showroom on Shahnajaf road late last night and decamped with computers, laptops, cameras and expensive accessories after holding its guard as captive.
Interestingly, the burglary took place near the SSP office.
In an another incident, unidentified men broke into a computer showroom at Halwasia Market and flew the coop with computers and electronic gadgets.
A manhunt had been launched to nab the absconding computer thieves.
