YSR cancels visit due to bad weather

Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 7 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajashekara Reddy today cancelled his visit to the district due to bad weather forcing the cancellation of the foundation laying ceremony for SBQ Steel Limited's plant.

Officials sources here said as per the schedule, Dr Reddy was to arrive here yesterday by helicopter after attending various programmes at Kuppam in Chittoor District. But the adverse weather conditions forced cancellation of the visit.

From Kuppam, he proceeded to Tirupati late in the evening where he attended several engagements.
