UB Holdings issues 54 lakh shares to QIB

New Delhi, Dec 7 (UNI) United Breweries Holdings in a statement today said it has issued 5,405,405 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 1,110 per share to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB).

Kingfisher Properties and Holdings Limited has been renamed United Breweries Holdings Ltd is the result of demerger of the brewing business from the erstwhile United Breweries Ltd. It is today the apex company of the UB Group.
