MP CM takes on main oppn Cong over dumper case
Indore, Dec 7 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today reiterated that he would continue to serve the state's public in the face of the main opposition Congress leaders demanding his resignation over the controversial dumper purchase case.
''Those neck-deep in corruption are speaking of honesty. What is the Congress objection to honest purchase of dumpers? Nowadays Congress members babble about my resignation even in their sleep,'' he said while addressing a poll meeting at Chandravatiganj in this district's Sanver assembly constituency.
Earlier, Mr Chouhan told reporters that public support for the Bharatiya Janata Party was perceptible in the Gujarat hustings and byelections for Madhya Pradesh's Sanver and Khargone Lok Sabha seat.
The Chief Minister addressed over a dozen meetings at Khudail, Kanadiya, Kampel and other places.
