Woman dies in accident another injured in fire incident in Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 6 (UNI) A woman was killed in a road accident while another received burn injuries after a house was gutted in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said today.

They said a vehicle hit and critically wounded a woman, Zeeba, at Batergam in the frontier district of Kupwara. She was admitted to hospital where she died.

Sources said a fire broke out in a house and cowshed at Donipawa Anantnag early this morning. A woman Aishia Begum, wife of Nazir Ahmad, received burn injuries. She was hospitalised.
