Punjab, Haryana HC okays amalgamation of JPSL, MSL with Jamna Auto

New Delhi, Dec 6 (UNI) Punjab and Haryana High Court has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Jai Parabolic Springs Ltd (JPSL) and MAP Springs Ltd (MSL) with Jamna Auto Ltd, manufacturer of springs for commercial vehicles.

The High Court during the hearing of the company's petition for amalgamation has accorded its approval, a company statement said.

Recently, Jamna Auto Ltd acquired the leaf-spring plant of Tata Motors in Jamshedpur.
