Parents protest against assaulting school boy

Madikeri, Dec 06 (UNI) Two teachers in a private institutions were placed under suspension for allegedly beating a 11-year-old student here today.

The suspension followed an agitation by a group of people protesting against ill-treatment meted out to a sixth-standard boy yesterday, who sustained serious leg injuries allegedly caused by two teachers.

A complaint also lodged against two teachers at the Madikeri town police station in this regard.
