Three killed, 10 injured in road accident

Machilipatnam, Dec 5 (UNI) Three people were killed and ten others injured when an autorickshaw in which they were travelling collided with a truck near Nandamuru village on National Highway 214, about 15 km from here, today.

Police said the truck, carrying fish food from Challapalli to Pagakulanka, hit the autorickshaw, coming from the opposite direction.

While one person was killed on the spot, two others died on the way to hospital. The injured were admitted to the Government General hospital here, police added.
