Parsvnath wins Rs 160 cr project in Greater Noida

New Delhi, Dec 5: The city-based realty firm Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has won the bid to develop a commercial project on 18,632 square metre of land worth Rs 160 crore, including land cost in Greater Noida.

''The project will be a landmark development in the area and will house renowned national and international brands, serving as one-stop shop catering to the needs of all segments of society,'' Parsvnath Developers Ltd Chairman Pradeep Jain said.

The saleable area would be about 3.6 lack square feet with expected revenues over 300 crore spread over next three financial years, the company said in a statement.

The bid was offered by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Parsvnath emerged as the highest bidder to bag the project in the fiercely competitive bid, it added.

At present, Parsvnath is developing 23 commercial projects such as shopping malls and multiplexes in the country.
