Khan assumes office as first DGP of Puducherry

Puducherry, Dec 5 (UNI) Mr A S Khan today assumed office as the Director General of Police, Puducherry.

Mr Khan is the first DGP for Puducherry police following the upgradation of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) post as DGP here.

Later, he called on Lt Governor Mukut Mithi and Chief Minister N Rangasamy.
