Chennai dental body signs MoU with Griffith University

Chennai, Dec 5 (UNI) The Chennai Dental Research Foundation today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Griffith University of Australia for taking up research in dental and oral health.

The MoU was signed by Foundation Director R Gunaseelan and Prof Newell W Johnson of the University.

The MoU was aimed at taking up exclusive research on oral pre-cancer, oral sub-mucous fibrosis caused by chewing of pan masalas that leads to oral cancer, saliva research and to set up a cell culture lab.
