Chargesheet against PA in bribery case

Patna, Dec 05 (UNI) The state vigilance bureau today submitted chargesheet against Shilender Kumar, private assistant of Sub-Secretary of Primary and Middle Education department of the Bihar Government in a bribery case.

The chargesheet was submitted under various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act in the court of designated vigilance judge S K Panwar.

According to the charges, accused Shilender Kumar was arrested by vigilance sleuths while accepting a bribe of Rs 2000 near New Secretariat building in the city for forwarding the documents of a retired headmaster on October 09 this year.
