12 Bangladeshi nationals held on IB in Jammu

Jammu, Dec 5 (UNI) The troops of Border Security Force (BSF) today arrested 12 Bangladeshi nationals while they were trying to exfiltrate into Pakistan territory near AMK Post in R S Pura Sector here, official spokesman said.

The spokesman said a suspicious movement was noticed by the troops of 141 Batallion of BSF near Allah Mai Ke Kothe (AMK) Post on the International Border around 1300 hrs.

''The troops cordoned off the area and arrested the 12 Bangladeshi nationals, who were trying to exfiltrate into Pakistan,'' the spokesman told UNI, adding Rs 358 (Indian currency) was also recovered from their possession.

However, identity of the arrested Bangladeshi nationals was yet to be ascertained, he said.
