Rains likely to occur in Bihar, UP and Tamil Nadu

Pune, Dec 3 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep. Rain or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Jammu and kashmir.

Meanwhile, Very light rains have occurred at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Haryana, east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Uttarakhand, south interior Karnataka, some parts of Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir. They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Kutch and in some parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Haryana, Gujarat Region, Marathwada, Telangana, some parts of Assam and Meghalaya, Gangetic West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, west Rajasthan, south Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu. They were normal over the rest of the country.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over the Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh State, Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, west Rajasthan, Vidarbha, Chattisgarh, Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala.
