Nandigram, Dec 3 (UNI) Claiming that Nandigram would be Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacherjee's 'Waterloo,' Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee today said she will hold a rally in Delhi on December five to 'expose' the CPI(M).

''Nandigram will be the 'Waterloo' of the Buddhadeb Bhattacherjee government as CPI(M) with its guns and mercenaries has failed to win over the hearts of the people,'' Ms Banerjee told a rally here during her visit to this strife-torn area in recent months.

Her visit took place a day after West Bengal Governor Gopal Krishna Gandhi went round the area and met the local people, calling for restoration of peace.

''I am going to lead a procession and hold a rally in Delhi on Wednesday next to protest the violence perpetrated by the CPI(M) and expose it. we want to spread our movement against the Nandigram violence across the country,'' she said.

Observing that Nandigram would remain as a ''shining example'' of people's resistance, Ms Banerjee said the whole world was demanding justice for the 'bloodbath' by the CPI(M) in Nandigram.
