Funskool launches 'A Toy for Every Child' for underprivileged kids

Chennai, Dec 3 (UNI) In an endeavour to reach out to the underprivileged children, Funskool India Private Limited, a leading toy company, along with Concern India Foundation, a non-profit Public Charitable Trust, has joined hands for a noble cause '' A Toy for Every Child'', a Funskool release said here today.

As part of the endeavour, a toy would be gifted to every child in the city, who is unable to afford toys, during this Christmas and New Year. A van would visit the schools here and collect used toys donated by school children.

''Kids can also donate their used toys at the collection box placed outside all 'Mera Toy Shop' stores, the retail partner of Funskool in this venture,'' the release added.

Funskool would give a complementary toy and a 20 per cent discount voucher for every toy donated, to kids. This could be redeemed on purchase of any new Funskool toy at all 'Mera Toy Shop' stores.

The toys collected would be distributed by Concern India Foundation through NGOs to every underprivileged child in the city.

Funskool has also planned to launch this noble endeavour in other metros in the coming year, the release said.
