MDMK observes fast on Palar Dam issue

Vellore, Tamil Nadu, Dec 1: The Marumalarchi DMK (MDMK) leaders and members today held a fast here against plans by the Andhra Pradesh Government to construct a dam across River Palar.

Led by Party General Secretary Vaiko, party leaders,functionaries and members from Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Dharmapuri, Tiruvalluvar and Kancheepuram Districts took part in the fast.
