2 Nagar Nigam employees die of suffocation

Varanasi, Dec 1 (UNI) Two employees of Varanasi Nagar Nigam died of suffocation, while cleaning a jammed sewage line at Kamal Gadaha in Jaitpura area here today.

According to reports, Mohd Aslam and Mohd Aziz had landed to clean the sewage line, wherein, the duo died.

Later, the deceased's relative jammed Kabir road in protest.

The agitators were demanding adequate compensation and service in Nagar Nigam.

The jam could only be lifted after senior police officials reached the spot.
