Seven dead, 4 seriously injured in roof collapse

Ahmedabad, Nov 30 (UNI) At least seven labourers were killed and four others seriously injured when the roof of a cloth factory collapsed on them in Aslali area of the city tonight.

According to police sources, the labourers were killed when the roof of Shanti Processing House, located on Narole-Pirana road, collapsed on them at 1930 hrs while they were working.

All the bodies have been sent to L G Hospital for postmortem.

The four seriously injured labourers were also moved to the L G Hospital, where their condition were stated to be serious.

Police have registered a case and further investigations are on.
