One killed, 5 critically injured in train accidents

Lucknow, Nov 30 (UNI) One person was killed and five others were seriously injured in separate train accidents here.

An unidentified man died after he was run over by a train in Gosainganj.

In a separate accident, five people were seriously injured when their tractor-trolley was hit by a train at an unmanned level crossing in the Gosainganj area this morning.

The injured were later admitted to hospital.

The Government Railway Police (GRP) sources said the Delhi-Muzaffarpur 4008 Sadbhawana Express hit the tractor-trolley when it was passing over the tracks between Anupganj and Rehmatnagar stations.

A case had been registered in this connection.
