HMT bags award for project exports

Chennai, Nov 30 (UNI) HMT Ltd has bagged the award for star performance in the category of project exports during the year 2005-2006.

The award, instituted by Regional Engineering Export Promotion Council, for export excellence was received by HMT Ltd Chairman A V Kamat from Puducherry Chief Minister N Rangasamy.

This was HMT's 50th award for consistent performance in the field of engineering exports, received from various apex export bodies, according to a release here today.
