BSF run for communal harmony on the eve of 43rd raising day
Shillong, Nov 30 (UNI) The Assam and Meghalaya Frontier BSF today organised a 'BSF North East Run for Communal Harmony' on the eve of the 43rd raising day.
The run was organised from the Polo Ground to Lal Ground (BSF sector headquarters, Mawpat), covering a distance of three kms.
It was flagged off by Meghalaya Director General of Police B K Dey Swain in the presence of other paramilitary force officials and the NCC.
The BSF jazz band performed their melodious music and enchanted the participants.
