No muslim among BJP candidates

Gujarat, Nov 29: As the state of Gujarat heads for the polls, leaders of the various parties have started filing their nomination papers. But the ruling BJP did not nominated any candidate belonging to Muslim minority for elections. Meanwhile Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi, accused by minorities for not doing enough to give them protection during 2002 communal riots, filed his nomination from Maninagar, on November 28.
