Tata teleservices inks deal with Opera software

Mumbai, Nov 28 (UNI) Tata Teleservices, one of the leading telecom service provider, signed an agreement with Opera Software for the access of world wide web to any of its mobile devices.

The agreement will see the commissioning of opera mini, mobile web browser on Brew enabled handsets, which will be available on multimedia device from Huawei at a price of Rs 1,999.

''We believe that the Indian market will widely accept the product as it provides consumers with the information they wish on their mobile phones'', said Tata Teleservices President (Value Added Services Business Unit) Mr. Pankaj Sethi.
