SlashSupport forays into European market

Chennai, Nov 29: As part of its expansion in Europe, Cybernet SlashSupport (CSS), a technology operations Management company, has announced that it has struck a strategic partnership with Bergler ICT , a Netherlands-based IT solutions company to provide Infrastcurture Management Services (IMSs) to Begler's European customers.

Talking to newspersons through video conference today, CSS CEO Shiva Ramani said as per the alliance, CSS would provide offshore based technical support and IMS for Bergler's European customers from its offshore operations in Chennai.

"Both the companies will also jointly target new clients in the Benelux market", he said adding "in order to facilitate this, Bergelr has created an 'Outsourcing' vertical as part of it service offerings".

"Our partnership with Begler will help us expand our footprint to the European IMS market and expand our global presence", he said.

He said CSS provides strategic IT services to technology providers and enterprises including production/application design and development, software testing, technical support and remote infrastructure mangement sergices.

Bergler ICT CEO Rob Wessels said "Berger has a strong presence in Netherlands. Our alliance with CSS will create a new offering for our customers, both in terms of our capability to provide offshore support from India as well as increasing the range of services".

"CSS' strength in infrastructure management services and technical support will be a key driver for this partnership", he added.
