MP to give shelter to Taslima
Bhopal, Nov 29 (UNI) Bangladeshi writer Taslima Nasreen will be provided ''full security'' if she is willing to stay in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said today.
Mr Chouhan, who completed two years in office today, said this while responding to reporters' queries if the state government was ready to provide refuge to Ms Nasreen.
''Full security will be provided and her honour will be protected if she wants to come to Madhya Pradesh,'' he assured.
Following threats from radicals, Ms Nasreen had been shifted from Kolkota, Jaipur and later Delhi to an undisclosed location. However, the Centre has assured that she could stay in India.
