Marg Constructions to enter luxury real estate segment

Chennai, Nov 29 (UNI) Leading real estate and Infrastructure development firm, Marg Constructions Limited, today announced its foray into the luxury real estate market by launching a signature project "Tapovan".

Positioned as the 'Silent Garden', Tapovan would usher in a new way to beat the stress of living in the city.

The gated community project, containing 90 villas spread over a 77 acre area, would come up at Pavanjur on the ECR with a total investment of Rs 100 crore, Marg Constructions CMD G R K Reddy told reporters here today.

Each Villa, which will come up on half an acre land with a covered area of 6000 sq ft, including a built up area of 2275 sq ft, would cost Rs 1.3 crore. Each house would have an individual swimming pool, a jacuzzi, gymnasium, reading room. The bookings would open on December three and all the villas would be ready in 12 months time.

Tapovan would offer many amenities like battery operated carts to commute, a meditation centre, piped music in landscaped areas and common areas, badminton, tennis and basketball courts.

Nestled within Tapovan would be the Vedic village conceived and promote by Ojas Foundation, the first of its kind in the world. Spread over ten acres, the village would be a centre for holistic treatment of body, mind and soul.
